Absolutely not – we explicitly forbid a resell without our permission – our content is provided with adrev and content id tracking and we would detect piracy directly and warn and prosecute you. Here we are serious about protecting our creators’ work with all available measures, that’s only fair – because time and energy went into each asset, which should be paid for. We grant you an unlimited usage in all kind of commercial production & release based on your membership level. Your content stays forever – no copyright claims! For music producers using our Ableton Live templates: you need to change the arrangement before releasing the music. See the templates as a learning inspiration way of working. An 1-1 export without changing and releasing is not permitted.
After your purchase, you will receive an email with your personal download link – it will be sent to the email you use for the purchase. Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email, and if you have any issues, send an e-mail to hello@sampleloader.com. In your account dashboard you are able to download your purchased files,too.

Due to the nature of our products (offering non-tangible digital products) we DO NOT offer refunds once the product is sent and downloaded because it is not possible to “return” the product and ensure that the product is no longer used. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests.
We DO NOT refund for compatibility problems. If you have for example Ableton live 9 instead of 10. It is your responsibility to know your software. We are not responsible for products that does not function properly if you system doesn`t meet the product’s requirements. All our products are tested and guaranteed to work.
We provide examples of the products you are purchasing. You are responsible for ordering the correct product. We cannot exchange your products if you bought the wrong one

If you have any issues with your purchase – we are there for you. Write us an e-mail to hello@sampleloader – if there is something missing in your purchased file or you got a broken Zip file. For music producers: We have a “Specifications: Read First” list on each product page. Make sure to accept that some of our templates using 3rd party plugins and/or Ableton packs are fully equipped with additional midi & audio channels containing recorded versions of external tools inside of a certain device. Just use your own plugins to fullfill the arrangement.
